Associate Membership
A good way to get involved with the DDTC is by becoming an Associate Member. Associate Members can attend all DDTC meetings and events, as well as serve on any of the Subcommittees including Communications, Membership, Programs, and Elections/Campaigns. The DDTC can have an unlimited number of Associate members, and you can be voted in as an Associate Member as soon as the first DDTC meeting you attend. Associate members can participate in discussions, but do not vote on DDTC issues. Annual dues for Associate Members are $20. Associate Membership is free for high school and college students.
Full Membership
DDTC members are elected, with 35 members representing a full slate. In addition to all the benefits afforded Associate Members, full DDTC Members can serve as officers and Subcommittee chairs, and can vote on all issues coming before the committee. Members have priority for attending state-run programs, such as the Democratic Campaign Institute, and set the agenda for DDTC activities throughout the year. Annual dues for DDTC Members are $40.
If the annual dues for either Full or Associate membership pose a financial problem, a Fee Waiver can be obtained.
